Kindly see the counter affidavit submitted by DOPT denying parity and furnishing unrealistic points. We have to file rejoinder challenging the irrelevant affidavit of the DOPT. In point no. 15. of parawise comments ,it is

nature of parity at the level of grade pay 4200/-
between to Secretariat
and non- Secretariat offices has been ensured
but there is no any NFSG 4200
is introduced for non-secretariat organizations
and stenographer grade -D
in field offices are still getting grade pay 4200
on completion of 10 years
of service whereas steno-D in CSSS are getting
NFSG 4200 in 5 years..
